If you have taken a Samarcanda taxi and saved the receipt, you can fill out a quick questionnaire on this page where you can give your opinion of the cab you just took.

Eligibility of the participant: participation will be valid ONLY IF

• Carried out within three days of using the taxi.
• The trip was requested by contacting Samarcanda (by telephone, Internet, SMS).
• All fields on the form are filled out, including the field for the taxi receipt number provided by the driver at the end of the trip.

Everyone who sends us the taxi “report card” will receive a small token, which will be sent to the address you give us.
