A modern way to request a taxi

Samarcanda is pleased to introduce its new SMS-Taxi Service: just send a simple SMS to request or reserve a taxi.

How it works:

• Write the place in Rome where you want the taxi to arrive (address, street number and your name).
  
• Send your SMS to 3.666.000.159.
  
• You will receive an SMS with the taxi ID and arrival time.

That’s all there is to it. Fast and safe, it is an ideal way to avoid sitting on hold on the telephone for the Call Center, particularly at the busiest times of the day.
Thanks to SMS-Taxi, you are directly entered into Samarcanda’s satellite localization system.

If you call a taxi frequently from the same address, from your office for example, we advise you to keep your message on your telephone and send it via SMS to 36.66.00.01.59. That way it won’t take you more than 10 seconds to forward your request.
