Reservation Service

(Termini Station or Fiumicino/Ciampino Airports)
Convenient and reliable – there are three ways to make a reservation.

BY TELEPHONE (+39-06.55.51): We take reservations (24/7) at least 30 minutes in advance of taxi use, for routes to the airports and railroad stations.

About 15 minutes before the scheduled service, our Call Center will notify the client at the number given.

At the time reserved you may choose to be notified by telephone by the operator or via SMS at a number provided by you.

The service center also makes it possible to memorize recurring reservations over a week or a month. To make a reservation call + 39 06 5551.

ONLINE RESERVATIONS: Samarcanda’s Web-Taxi service allows you to make reservations at least one hour prior to the requested service for the railroad stations or Ciampino and Fiumicino Airports or travel outside the city. To make a reservation online, CLICK HERE!

RESERVATION VIA SMS: The SMS-Taxi service reduces error in communicating the address.

How does it work?

1. Write a message with the following text:

Reserve a taxi to (……. Airport/……. Station),
For the day (xx/xx/xx),
At this time (xx.xx).
Address: via/piazza (xxxxxxxxxxxx  no. xx),
My name: (xxxxxxxxx)
Plus any additional requests.

Send the SMS to  3666.000.159

AN SMS will let you know the service has been activated and will repeat the data supplied by the customer, or request any missing or incomplete information.

15 minutes before the scheduled service, the customer will be contacted to confirm the service and will be given the taxi ID.
