Our taxi service guarantees our non-Italian customers that they are being charged the correct amount. You may also request an estimate for specific routes, including travel to other cities. All of our taxis accept payment with credit card or ATM card.
Our customer service office is open Monday-Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. at +39 06 55.28.28.13, or via e-mail at marketing@samarcanda.it.
Lost and Found
Did you lose something in one of our cabs? No problem. Just e-mail us at 065551@samarcanda.it and leave the receipt number given to you by the taxi driver at the conclusion of service, the date and the route taken.
Samarcanda will identify the taxi and investigate the situation, sending you an e-mail response and, if the lost item is found, return it to you free of charge.

Training programs (language, driving skills, tourism and culture).
Fleet of first class vehicles that are uniform in appearance and periodically upgraded. An internal committee to maintain quality standards (cleanliness, efficiency and performance).
All vehicles are equipped with P.O.S. (for credit cards and ATM cards), radios and G.P.S. (to automatically identify the closest vehicle).
